3. Reservation Deposits

Certain reservations may require a deposit, including but not limited to:

• Peak holiday periods

If a deposit is required, the amount, payment deadline, and applicable terms will be communicated during the reservation process.

4. Payment Timing

Payment is generally required upon completion of your dining experience.

For reservations requiring a deposit, payment must be received within the specified timeframe to secure the booking.

Failure to complete the required deposit may result in cancellation of the reservation.

5. Billing Accuracy

Guests are encouraged to review their bill before completing payment.

If you believe there is an error, please notify our staff immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the transaction.

Deposits and advance payments may be refunded or credited in accordance with the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Failed or Declined Payments
